General Information

1. What is Wellness Junkie ?

   Wellness Junkie is a brand dedicated to providing high-quality activewear and accessories. We believe in promoting personal wellness and a healthy lifestyle through our products.

2. Where are you located?

   - We are based in Chicago, Illinois. We have a temporary location now until December 31st, 2024 located  6931 Roosevelt Rd Berwyn, Il.  60402. The hours are Fridays 11am - 7pm, Saturdays 10am - 6pm, & Sundays 11am - 5pm. Our products are available for purchase online as well and we ship throughout the United States.

3. How can I contact customer support?

You can reach our customer support team via email  at info@wellnessjunkielife.com or by phone at 773-590-6480. We are available Tuesdays - Sundays  from 10am - 5pm.

4. What types of activewear and accessories do you offer?

We offer a variety of activewear including leggings, sports bras, tops, and shorts, as well as accessories like water bottles, yoga mats, and more.

5. What sizes are available?

Our activewear comes in a range of sizes from S to 3XL. Please refer to our size chart for detailed measurements.

6. What materials are used in your products?

We use high-quality, durable, moisture wicking, four way stitch materials.

7. How do I care for my activewear?

For the best results, machine wash your activewear in cold water with similar colors and hang dry. Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners.

Orders and Shipping

8. How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website. Simply select the products you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. There is an option for in store pickup if you are in the Chicago area.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay.

10. Do you offer international shipping?

No, not at this time but is looking to adding it in the future.

11. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

Returns and Exchanges

12. What is your return policy?

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns page for more details.

13. How do I return or exchange an item?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

14. Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
